At the Massachusetts Chimney Sweep Guild (MCSG), we hold our members to high standards of professionalism, safety, and ethics. If you have experienced an issue with a chimney service provided by one of our member companies, we want to hear about it.
How We Can Help
While the Guild is a professional trade association and does not have direct legal authority over independent businesses, we take consumer feedback seriously. We can assist by:
- Reviewing your concern: Evaluating whether the service provider is an active MCSG member in good standing.
- Facilitating communication: Reaching out to the member company to encourage a fair and prompt resolution.
- Maintaining standards: Ensuring our members adhere to the MCSG Code of Ethics.
